What is therapy?

The therapy I offer is quite unique and you may have specific ideas as to what a therapist is and what they do. My approach is non-directive. I won’t tell you what I think you should do or not do. In my practice YOU are the expert on you and I will go with you as we explore all avenues and directions and see together what solutions might look like. What I offer is a fresh set of ears and perspective, someone outside your social and family bubble without bias or pre-conceptions. I am a blank slate who cares for you in your time with me and wants the very best for you. My positive view of you and wanting the best for you is absolutely unconditional, always.
